Under the direction of counsel for both petitioners and respondents, our Litigation Support team presents a comprehensive package of services for divorce engagements. The process may begin with assisting counsel in the preparation of forms including financial affidavits, certificates of compliance with mandatory disclosure, and interrogatories. Providing document management throughout the case, the next phase may include a financial analysis, the creation of documentation for equitable distribution, the generation of child support calculations, and the preparation of alimony recapture calculations. In addition, a valuation of business interests may also be conducted if necessary.
