Biography Prior to founding Kerkering,
Barberio & Co., where he served as managing shareholder for 15
years, he worked in accounting management for a Fortune 500 company
and locally as a senior accountant.
Education Mr. Barberio graduated from Penn
State University in 1966 with a B.S. degree in Accounting and
attended graduate school at Case Western Reserve University in 1967.
Organizational Involvement
Mr. Barberio has taught accounting and taxation classes at
Manatee Community College and the University of South Florida . He
is currently treasurer and board member of the Winefest of
Florida and the Sarasota County Committee for Economic Development.
In 1989 the Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce named Mr. Barberio
"Business Person of the Year." He is a current member of the Florida
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Financial
Planners Association.
In 2002, Kerkering, Barberio & Co., P.A., was named
Service Company of the Year by The Greater Sarasota Chamber of
Commerce's Committee for Economic Development.

Biography Mr. Baumann joined Kerkering,
Barberio & Co. in 1981 and has been a shareholder since 1985.
Prior to Kerkering, Barberio & Co., P.A., he worked for the
Internal Revenue Service for 13 years. Mr. Baumann is noted for his
professional development seminars that have been accredited by the
Florida Bar and the Florida Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (FICPA). Additionally, he has been qualified as an
expert witness to testify in civil litigation cases regarding income
tax, business valuation, and general accounting matters.
Education Mr. Baumann graduated from the
University of South Florida with a B.A. in Accounting.
Organizational Involvement Mr. Baumann's
former community involvement includes serving on the Board for
Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Sarasota County United Way, Sarasota
County United Way Foundation, YMCA Foundation of Sarasota Endowment

businesses, including construction, wholesale and distribution
companies, not-for-profit organizations and healthcare

pronouncements and financial reporting.
Biography Mr. Ceccacci joined Kerkering,
Barberio & Co. in 2007 as a shareholder.
A Bradenton resident since 2005, Mr. Ceccacci and his wife have a
son and a daughter. His hobbies include playing basketball, tennis
and golf, attending theater, movies, and sporting events.
Education Mr. Ceccacci received his Bachelor
of Science Degree in Accounting from Susquehanna
University. Organizational Involvement Mr.
Ceccacci is an active member of the National Society of Certified
Healthcare Business Consultants, Healthcare Financial Management
Association, the Medical Group Management Association, and the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the
Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), and
currently serves on the FICPA's Health Care Industry Conference
Committee. In addition, he is an active member of the Rotary
Club of Lakewood Ranch and the Budget and Finance Committee of the

Formerly, Mr. Ceccacci served as Chairperson of the Healthcare

Later, in 1992, he founded Larry Geimer & Associates CPA's,
P.A., which then merged in 2005 with Kerkering, Barberio & Co.,
P.A.
Education Mr. Geimer graduated from Drake

graduate work at Golden Gate University .

Areas of Practice Ms. Turner's
areas of practice include litigation support services involving
dissolutions of marriage, fraud/embezzlement engagements, contract
disputes, personal injury, wrongful death and wrongful
termination.
As a Forensic Accountant, she provides financial analysis and
investigatory services related to existing or pending litigation;
prepares reports and visual aids to support trial evidence; and
provides expert witness testimony.
Biography Ms. Turner joined Kerkering,
Barberio & Co. in 1996 and is a shareholder with the
firm. She has been qualified as an expert witness to
testify in civil litigation cases involving fraud/embezzlement and
various issues related to dissolutions of
marriage.
Education Ms. Turner earned
both her B.A. and M.B.A. from Florida International University in
Miami, FL.
Organizational Involvement Ms. Turner's
community involvement includes serving as a financial workshop
presenter at the Women's Resource Center. She is a member of the
Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Tampa Bay Chapter
of Certified Fraud Examiners. Additionally, she has earned the
designation Accredited, Institute of Business Appraisers. She
is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (FICPA); member and former chairperson of the FICPA
Fraud Task Force and former board member of Legal Aid of Manasota,
Inc. She is a member of Audubon and Sierra clubs as well as
Gulf Coast Writers Association, Inc.
