Lori Leutwyler is the Human Resources Manager. In this role, she has oversight of the firm’s human capital and the supporting elements of employment law compliance, compensation, benefits administration, and training. Lori works closely with the owner group and management to support the objectives and strategic direction of the firm.
Lori Leutwyler joined Kerkering Barberio & Co. in 2019. Prior to that, she worked for Charlotte County Public Schools and Pasco County Schools where she focused on strategic initiatives around talent acquisition, benefits management, and organizational structure. She has seven years of experience in human resources.
